LegalAgent は、特定の目的のために法的人物 として行動し、扱われることが法律で認められている Agent である。訴訟の当事者、財産の所有、契約の 締結などがその例である。 通常、LegalAgent は 成人 Human または何らかのタイプの Organization のいずれかである。 所定の時間と場所における一般的な法制度に応じて、 他の CognitiveAgent と同様 、Humanは一般的に通常 LegalAgents に合意されたもの以外の追加の法的権利と義務を持つことになる。 次のウィキペディアの記述を参照： Juristicperson 。
