TimePoint
An extensionless point on the universal timeline. The TimePoints at which Processes occur can be known with various degrees of precision and approximation, but conceptually TimePoints are point-like and not interval-like. That is, it doesn't make sense to talk about how long a TimePoint lasts.

Parents TimePosition Any TimePoint or TimeInterval along the universal timeline from NegativeInfinity to PositiveInfinity.
Children EpochAn instant in time that is arbitrarily selected as a point of reference.
 Midnight
 NoonThe Class of all TimePoints that are at noon.
