The OsageLanguage is a DhegihaLanguage of the UnitedStates. SIL code: OSA. ISO 639-2: osa. Population: 5 fluent speakers (1991 M. Krauss), and a few semi-fluent speakers, out of 2,500 population (1986 SIL). Region: North central Oklahoma. Alternate names: WAZHAZHE. Comments: Closely related to Omaha, Ponca, Quapaw, and Kansa.
