A request expresses a desire that some future action be performed. For example, the 5th Battalion requested air support from the 3rd Bomber Group. Note that this class covers proposals, recommendations, suggestions, etc.
Relationships      
Parents directing Instances of this Class urge some further action among the receivers. A Directing can be an Ordering, a Requesting or a Questioning.
Children biddingA Requesting where the patient is a Formula specifying that there is a Buying for a certain transactionAmount, where the agent of the Bidding is the agent of the Buying.
