PhilippineSignLanguage is a DeafSignLanguage of the Philippines. SIL code: PSP. ISO 639-2: sgn. Population: (100,000 deaf persons, 1986 Gallaudet Univ.). Alternate names: LOCAL SIGN LANGUAGE, FILIPINO SIGN LANGUAGE, FSL. Comments: Reported to be very similar to ASL. American Sign Language is well-known as a second language.
