Relationships
Parents	地缘政治区域	Any GeographicArea which is associated with some sort of political structure. This class includes LandArea, Cities, districts of cities, counties, etc. Note that the identity of a GeopoliticalArea may remain constant after a change in borders.
Children	海外地区	OverseasArea is the class of GeopoliticalAreas that are related to a Nation as overseas territories, possessions, protectorates, or departments.
