unit of measure multiplier

Each instance of this Class is a UnaryFunction that, when evaluated on its single argument, a UnitOfMeasure, produces another UnitOfMeasure that is a numeric multiple of the argument.

Parents	total valued relation	A Relation is a TotalValuedRelation just in case there exists an assignment for the last argument position of the Relation given any assignment of values to every argument position except the last one.
