The TsimaneLanguage is a MosetenanLanguage of Bolivia. SIL code: CAS. ISO 639-2: sai. Population: 5,500 including 500 speakers of Moseten. Region: Southwestern Beni Department and along Maniqui River, and towns of San Miguel de Huachi and Santa Ana de Alto Beni. Alternate names: CHIMANE, MOSETEN. Comments: Adelaar (1991) considers Moseten and Tsimane to be 2 separate languages. Fishermen, swidden agriculturalists: bananas, manioc, hunters.
