The UserSignifiedGraphicalAction is accomplished by a ComputerUser taking a UserDirectAction that is interpreted as signifying that a cursor should be moved. Depending upon program state this could be accomplished by UserDirectActions of MouseMoving, a TouchSurfaceSlide, JoystickMotion, ScrollWheelRotating, KeyboardAction, repeated %&Clicking, or AudioInput.
