GUE_OffscreenState
An InterfaceWindow has a GUE_OffscreenState if all parts of it are outside the logical area displaye on a ComputerScreen. A GUIElement has a GUE_OffscreenState if all parts of it are outside the &$InterfaceWindow which it is in or outside the logical area of the screen. An offscreen InterfaceWindow may not be active, but an offscreen element of a window that is partially on the screen may be.

Parents GUE_NonVisibleState A GUIElement has a GUE_NonVisibleState if it conceptually exists, but does not appear on a ComputerScreen.
