DevelopingCountry is a term used by the InternationalMonetaryFund (IMF) for the bottom group in its hierarchy of advanced countries, countries in transition, and developing countries. Generally corresponds to the attribute LessDevelopedCountry used by UnitedNations agencies. Not to be confused with DevelopedCountry.
