single family residence

A PermanentResidence which is intended to be the home of a single SocialUnit. This class covers Houses, ApartmentUnits, and CondominiumUnits.

Relationships
Parents	permanent residence	A Residence where people live, i.e. where people have a home.
Children	apartment unit	A SingleFamilyResidence that is not owned by any member of the SocialUnit that lives there.
	condominium unit	A SingleFamilyResidence that may be owned by a member of the SocialUnit that lives there.
	house	A ResidentialBuilding which is intended to be inhabited by members of the same SocialUnit. Houses are distinguished from temporary housing like hotels and multi-family dwellings like condominium and apartment buildings.
