Alternate names: NORTHEASTERN SARDINIAN, GALLURESE. Comments: 83% lexical similarity with Standard Italian, 81% with Sassarese, 70% with Logudorese, 66% with Cagliare. A growing movement to recognize Sard as an important part of their cultural and linguistic heritage. Influenced by Corsican and Tuscan (Standard Italian).
