An Guiding whose aim is the enforcement of rules or regulations. Note the key differences between RegulatoryProcess and the related concept Managing. The latter implies a long-term relationship between a single manager and limited number of agents who are managed, while the former implies a normative standard to which the activities of the regulated are referred.
Relationships      
Parents Guiding Any IntentionalProcess where the agent tries to direct the behavior of another Object, whether an AutonomousAgent or not.
Children 交易授權An activity which approves or disapproves a transaction.
 執法Any RegulatoryProcess where the agent is either a PoliceOrganization or a member of a PoliceOrganization. This covers everything from issuing a traffic ticket to arresting someone on suspicion of having committed a Murder.
 懲罰A RegulatoryProcess where the agent does something to the destination that the agent knows is undesirable for the destination.
