这是为了执行法规和条例的 Guiding。注： RegulatoryProcess 和它相关的概念 Managing 之间的主要区别是：后者意味着单一管理者和有限数量受管理的实施者的长期关系，而前者则暗示对于受到规管活动的规范标准。

Relationships
Parents	引导	Any IntentionalProcess where the agent tries to direct the behavior of another Object, whether an AutonomousAgent or not.
Children	交易授权	An activity which approves or disapproves a transaction.
	执法	Any RegulatoryProcess where the agent is either a PoliceOrganization or a member of a PoliceOrganization. This covers everything from issuing a traffic ticket to arresting someone on suspicion of having committed a Murder.
	惩罚	A RegulatoryProcess where the agent does something to the destination that the agent knows is undesirable for the destination.
