按照美国中情局关于世界事实一书的定义，Continent 包括七个地块：Africa、 NorthAmerica、SouthAmerica、 Antarctica、 Europe、 Asia 和 Oceania。注：Australia在其他某些系统被定义为大陆，但是在事实这书则被列入 Oceania。因此，没有一个 Nation 同时也是 Continent。
