distilled alcoholic beverage

An AlcoholicBeverage that has had some part of its FreshWater content removed by distillation. This class covers drinks of unmixed, hard liquor.

Parents	alcoholic beverage	Any Beverage that contains Ethanol.
Children	aperitif	A class that includes digestifs. A bitter alcoholic beverage taken with food, supposed to aid in digestion. This class does not include wine, brandy or other alcoholic beverages that may be used as aperitifs.

	liqueur	A sweet alcoholic beverage that has been flavored with one of various substances.
