The OzoneShield is a layer in EarthsAtmosphere, located about 25 miles above Earth's surface, composed of ozone gas that absorbs ultraviolent radiation from the Sun that can be damaging to living things.

 物理存在时空中某位置的个体。注：位置本身应理解为，存在于某个时空 的位置。
 純物质这是拥有不变成分 Substance 的 Class 。 PureSubstance 可以是元素 (ElementalSubstance)， 又或者是拥有多个元素的化合物 (CompoundSubstance)。例如：食盐（氯化钠，NaCl)、糖（蔗糖，C_{12}H_{22}O_{11})、水（H_2O) 、铁（Fe)、铜（Cu)和氧（O_2)。
 地区这是一个地理位置。 Region 包括 Object 的表面、虚构的 地方 和 GeographicArea 。注：Region 是唯一能够定位于作自身的 Object 。 另外要注意的是 Region 不是 SelfConnectedObject 的子类别， 因为有一些 Region ，像群岛有些 part 跟其他部分 不 connected 。
 自身连接物体 SelfConnectedObject 是任何并非由两个或以上不相连部分所组成的 Object。
 空间区域The class of all Regions which are not GeographicAreas.
 物质一个每一部分在各个相关方面跟所有同类都相似的 Object。 更确切而言， Substance是当一个东西的部分只有任意散件时 - 任何部分的特质跟它整体的特质相似时。 这就是。 注：但 Substance 的一些物理特质可能会有差异。例如：温度、化学成分、密度等 可从一个部分改变成 另一个部分。 一滩水就是一个例子。
